Eric is currently based in London, UK as Global Head of Sales Operations and Enablement for the Data & Analytics division of LSEG. This role leads a wide range of functions - including sales planning, sales support, reporting/analytics, training, content enablement, on-boarding programs, opportunity generation, RFP response support, and sales technology design and support - all which serve to drive efficiency and optimal results from the go-to-market sales strategy.
Eric joined Refinitiv (acquired by LSEG) in September of 2019. Prior to Refinitiv, Eric spent 10+ years (all in the USA) in various sales operations and enablement roles; creating and leading teams at both public and private companies including Sungard Financial Systems, Merrill Corporation and Benefitfocus, all where he played a critical part in driving growth, supporting transformation, and building high-performing sales cultures.
Eric has earned a reputation for his expertise in sales-related technology and process through leading new implementations, as well as reconfiguration of existing functionality, across the entire ecosystem including CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, territory management, forecasting, commission administration, sales training, content enablement and RFx workflow .
