Yan has over 20 years of leadership experience and deep industry knowledge in Cloud and SaaS. He successfully build and managed strategic sales, bd and marketing teams achieving double and triple digit growth. Over the past 5 years at IBM, Yan has been scaling sales, customer success and enablement functions, while driving transformation to cloud strategically and tactically for some of the largest IBM customers.
Prior to IBM, Yan was a Chief Revenue Officer at LiftMetrix, a Social Media Analytics and Data company where he build a sales marketing machine to match an increasing demand for Social Media Analytics by Global 1000 companies. He also was responsible for the Marketing and BD functions. Yan served as a Board Member, investor and played a key role in a successful exit to Hootsuite. Prior to LiftMetrix, Yan served as Vice President of Social Cloud Sales at Oracle (formerly Vitrue). He was responsible for managing and growing Sales and Business Development efforts across North America, working with some of the world's leading brands, agencies and social networks. He also held numerous executive roles working for some of the category leaders such as CoreLogic, United Business Media, QuinStreet, SAP and General Electric. He has a tremendous track record of helping clients achieve significant revenue growth.
